Orders: An order can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Mommy Couture Designs web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the Add to Cart button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions. Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars. After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If you receive notice that an item or items are back-ordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any back-ordered items that you do not wish to wait for.
PLEASE NOTE: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate Packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges.
Cancellations: Mommy Couture Designs reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which were posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.
Returns & Exchanges: All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of said merchandise. No returns will be accepted without first getting approval for return by Mommy Couture Designs. Absolutely NO returns on custom or personalized items. We will accept returns on defective or damaged items, wherein item may be replaced or refunded. All other returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and customer must return said item(s) in original packaging at own expense. Any items returned must be received within 30 days of date of receipt in order to receive a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged: Mommy Couture Designs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Shipping: Mommy Couture Designs ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Many factors determine which option is used to ship your purchase, including the weight and dimensions of the product. Most orders are shipped direct form the manufacture or artisan to your residence or business. Please note that we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes. If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit we are not legally responsible. Once the parcel has been lodged with USPS, UPS or FedEx it is then property of those delivery services. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the outcome.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary from product to product. Mommy Couture Designs will make every effort to expedite your order, however we work with many artisans and manufactures therefore shipping schedules may vary.
International Shipping: It is best to contact us via email for international orders as not all of our products are currently available to international customers.
