Orders:
An order can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our upscale baby and children's boutique. Online ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.
Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars. After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart.
Payment Options: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Sales Tax:
No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of Florida. All deliveries in Florida will be charged an 6% sales tax on merchandise.
Shipping:
Shipping is only available in the 48 continental states. Mommy Couture Designs ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, and FedEx only throughout the United States. Many factors determine which option is used to ship your purchase, including the weight and dimensions of the product. Most orders are shipped direct from the manufacture or artisian to your residence or business. Please note that we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary from product to product. Customized and personalized items also can take up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on which items you are purchasing. Mommy Couture Designs will make every effort to expedite your order upon request, however we work with many artisans and manufactures therefore shipping schedules may vary.
Backorders:
If you receive notice that an item or items are backordered, you can choose to cancel the order and your card will be refunded for any backordered items that you do not wish to wait for.
PLEASE NOTE: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate Packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:
Mommy Couture Designs reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which were posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged. Any items that are custom made to order are non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason other than by report of damage. Therefore a new item will be forwarded to you after damaged item has been returned. All returns and/or exchanges MUST be approved before items are shipped back to us. Mommy Couture Designs reserves the right to refuse refund of purchase if this policy is not followed.
*NOTE: If an order is placed and canceled by customer before said item(s) have shipped, Mommy Couture Designs reserves the right to recover a chargeback processing fee for such credit card return. Said fee is solely for the recovery of charges that Mommy Couture Designs incurs from it's merchant account provider and is not for profit.
Returns for Drop Ship Items:
All drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer in original packaging at buyer expense and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
